This workshop demonstrates how peer mediation enhances an established conflict resolution program. Participants will learn and practice essential mediation skills, understand the process for training peer mediators and explore implementation strategies. Each participant receives a peer mediation training guide.
In addition to training adults as
mediation trainers and coordinators, we also conduct student peer mediation
training. We recommend the full training over two days; we can provide
a one-day overview. Ask for details!
The Peace Table process is the developmentally appropriate parallel to mediation for grades Pre-K to 2. These grades may be included in a mediation training, but we recommend a separate group for primary applications.
